The Adam product has improved my stamina, bowel movements, energy and skin. At 45, I feel like 30! Trust me , it's a winner and worth twice as much money...

The ADAM superior men's multiple vitamin is a great alternative to existing brands I was using. ADAM superior had several vitamins combined that I was taking separately. I strongly recommend the ADAM superior multiple vitamin.
