An absolute perfect multi!!

This is the best combination of nutrients in one multi. Certified Organic flaxseed is included (800 mg)! My ability to concentrate is improved. Love this product!

Gives lots of energy and despite the size of the pill it goes down really smooth....love the fact that the mult has folic acid and flaxseed!

I really love this Liquid Multi Gel. This vitamin made me feel great. It even made my nails grow after two weeks of taking this product.
